This site collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
3.1 Tracking Website Traffic
Like most sites, we also use Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. We use this data to determine the number of people who use our site to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their course on the site.
Although GA records data such as your geographic location, your device, your web browser, and your operating system, none of this information makes you personally known to us. GA also records your computer's IP address, which could be used to identify you, but Google does not provide access to it. We consider Google as a third data processing medium.

If you choose to contact us using the contact form, none of the data you provide will be stored from this site.
3.3 Electronic newsletter
If you choose to submit in the system for getting info for new articles, price changes or any other information on our website, only the submitted e-mail address will be stored in the database on this site.
Your email address will remain in the database until you explicitly request it to be removed from the list. You can do this by using the delete link contained in all the email we send you.
If you are under 16, you **MUST** have your parents' consent before signing up for our email newsletter.
As long as your email address remains in the database, you will receive newsletters from us every time we post a new article or a price changed.
We use Disqus for comments.
In the comment form, you will be asked to add a name, email and website (if you have one). These are maintained on Disqus server and is being used to identify who you are. See and Section 9.
If you upload an image to our site (via comments), you should avoid uploading it with built-in location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors can download the image and find your location from this data.

We use a number of third parties to process personal data for us. These entities have been carefully selected and all comply with the legislation set out in Section 2. All three (3) entities are based in the US and are in agreement with the EU-U.S Privacy Shield.
9. How long do we maintain your data?
If you add a comment to our articles, your comment and data remain forever. This is so to recognize and approve your next comments automatically instead of keeping them in check.
For those users who join our site, we also maintain the personal information they provide from their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information (other than the nickname they gave when registering). Site administrators can also view and edit the data of all users.
10. Violations of data
We will report any unlawful violation of the database of this site to anyone and as well as to the authorities within 72 hours of the violation if it is obvious that the personal data that is stored in recognizable form, have been stolen.

Data Used: To deliver this functionality and record activities around site management, the following information is captured: user email address, user role, user login, user display name, user IDs, the activity to be recorded, and the timestamp of the activity. Some activities may also include the user’s IP address (login attempts, for example) and user agent.
Activity Tracked: Login attempts/actions, post and page update and publish actions, comment/pingback submission and management actions, plugin and theme management actions, system updates, user management actions, and the modification of other various site settings and options. Retention duration of activity data is one year.

Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events over to Google Analytics for consumption.
Data Used: In order to record page views via Google Analytics with additional loads, the following information is used: IP address, user ID (if logged in), username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code.
Activity Tracked: Page views will be tracked with each additional load (i.e. when you scroll down to the bottom of the page and a new set of posts loads automatically). A page view event will also be sent to Google Analytics with each additional load.
Data Used: Commenter's name, email address, and site URL (if provided via the comment form), timestamp, and IP address.
Activity Tracked: The comment author's name, email address, and site URL (if provided during the comment submission) are stored in cookies. Learn more about these cookies.
Data Used: In order to check login activity and potentially block fraudulent attempts, the following information is used: attempting user's IP address, attempting user's email address/username (i.e. according to the value they were attempting to use during the login process), and all IP-related HTTP headers attached to the attempting user.
Activity Tracked: Failed login attempts (these include IP address and user agent). We also set a cookie for 1 day to remember if/when a user has successfully completed a math captcha to prove that they’re a real human.
Data Synced: Failed login attempts, which contain the user's IP address, attempted username or email address, and user agent information.
Data Used: To initiate and process subscriptions, the following information is used: subscriber's email address, the timestamp, and the ID of the post or product (depending on the specific subscription being processed). In the event of a new subscription being initiated, we also collect some basic server data, including all of the subscribing user's HTTP request headers, the IP address from which the subscribing user is viewing the page, and the URI which was given in order to access the page (
DOCUMENT_URI). This server data used for the exclusive purpose of monitoring and preventing abuse and spam.
Activity Tracked: The data is being stored in our database until the user choose to cancel it.
