Play CS 1.6 no-steam Online

With this tutorial, you can play Counter Strike 1.6 online.

To start play with CS (No steam) online, you will need:
-Counter-Strike 1.6 No Steam Full v23B (See some links below)
-Counter Strike update
-This file (contains the needed patches)

CS Links:
cs16full_v23b_v2_5.exe

How to:
Step 1: Install cs16full_v23b_2_5 and everything else it offers

Step 2: Install update (csupd1dz.exe)

Step 3: Install CS16_Patch (from third file)

Step 4: Replace C:/Program Files/Counter-Strike 1.6/platform/config/ServerBrowser.vdf with the provided file(from third file).

Step 4.1: Or you can use the provided serverbrowser.exe (cracked) to install a ServerBrowser.vdf to C:Program FilesCounter-Strike 1.6platformconfig if the provided is not working for you.

Step 5: Open Start > Programs > Counter-Strike 1.6 > Counter Strike 1.6 No Steam

Step 6: Click 'Find Servers' and select a server.
Step 7: Play!

I get stuck on Step 5. It doesn't say 'Counter Strike 1.6 No Steam' under Counter Strike 1.6

I can't play either, it just says invalid cd key.

Note that when i write any guide, the method WORKS.But any time the steam (and any other), always trying to fix any "holes".So you have to wait for any new hack or fix.

they are right ... something is not good ... it says invalid cd key ... on newly added servers ... i had a older version of cs 1.6 (hacked) and i played on that server with it ... a few hours ago ... now i installed this version and when i try to connect it says invalid cd key why is that ? any bugfix 4 that ?
